Trade Show

Our trade show will provide a great local opportunity for facility professionals to meet with vendors and suppliers who have solutions to today’s facility management challenges.

Trade Show Hours:  12:30 – 7:00 PM   (see Agenda at a Glance below for details)
Event Reception 4:30 – 6:00 PM (cash bar and hors d’oeuvres)


Advance registration is requested for Workshops.

Workshops will run from 12:30 – 4:00 PM. Workshop registrants can earn continuing education units for AFE certification renewal and can choose from one of three tracks:

  1. Energy – Track 1
  2. Safety – Track 2
  3. Electric Safety Awareness – Track 3

AFE has secured a discounted room rate at the Westford Regency Inn for those needing overnight accommodation.  To reserve a room, be sure to ask for the “AFE group rate” when reserving a a room which you can do online here or by calling the hotel.


Attendees can choose to attend all or part of the event.

Trade Show & Reception – $10 or contact your vendor for a complimentary ticket.

Workshops – $35 (includes Trade Show and Reception)

Includes signage at event, on regional website and verbal recognition at event and admittance to event for sponsor.  When registering, under Special Instructions/Notes at the bottom of the Check Out page, please specify your COMPANY NAME and the NAME and EMAIL of the company representative who will attend the event.

Trade Show Tabletop Booths – SOLD OUT!
includes 8 foot table in exhibit area adjacent to reception area; registration for up to 3 company representatives plus 10 event tickets to give to clients and prospects.  Be sure to specify COMPANY NAME and name and email of sponsor representative who will attend under Special Instructions when Checking Out.

Update!  Good News! Local CPMM Review Class Moved to April

Due to popular demand, we are moving up the dates for our Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) Review Class in order to offer this class in April in conjunction with the Trade Show and Workshops.  The class was originally scheduled for May, and will also be offered in November. (The CPE Class originally scheduled in April is being postponed for now.  If your company or government agency is interested in providing this training, please contact us to explore dates.)
